Ginger Cove Now a True Blue Certified Partner

We’re excited to announce that Ginger Cove is now an official True Blue certified partner, so all our crab meat is sourced from local waters and never imported.

Our new spring menu in the Skipjack Dining Room has lump crab cake on both the lunch and dinner menu.

The True Blue program recognizes restaurants and retail stores that support the local economy and the more than 5,000 Maryland watermen and seafood processing workers by serving quality Maryland crabs and crabmeat.
